Latiefa has over 20 years management experience and is the principal of Saban Real Estates. She has also operated as Principal agent and Master Practitioner at Harcourts Diamond in Mafikeng since 2009. In 2015, she was ranked one of the top five Estate Agents in South Africa, winning the coveted Blue Circle Award. Her office has won many prestigious awards over the years, and she has been a major force in the property sector in Mafikeng and the North-West Province. She is a founding member of SRE. Latiefa is a dedicated manager who is very passionate about property. On her off days, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include listening to music, yoga and watching movies.
Magda Sanders has worked for Harcourts Diamond in Mafikeng and has been an integral part of the rental and sales team for 14 years. In her formative years, she worked as a Post Office administrator in Humansdorp for 5 years, and an additional 6 years in Jeffreys Bay (Western Cape) as a veterinary assistant. Her passion is property, animals, and engaging with different people across various backgrounds. Her journey has been one filled with ongoing growth, and sharing her knowledge with others. Magda's calm and attentive demeanor is well known, and she is a humble person who constantly strives to be better. Magda enjoys spending time with her family, friends and caring for her dogs. She also enjoys art, movies, and literature.
Faaiza is a Candidate Property Practitioner and Legal Secretary specializing in Conveyancing and Deceased Estates based in the North West Province. She holds a BA Honours in Tourism Management from North West University (NWU), and is currently pursuing a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning. With experience spanning real estate, property law, and financial planning, Faiza is passionate about helping clients navigate property transactions, legal processes, and long-term wealth planning. She is committed to providing professional, ethical, and client-focused service while continuously expanding her expertise at the intersection of property, law, and finance.
Saban Jacobs is a founding member of SRE and holds a Master's degree from the University of Cape Town. Her contribution and skillset include web design and development, technology, and all forms of multimedia.
Tatenda Mwanasawani is a Graphic Designer and Marketer with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Eduvos. With experience in branding, marketing, and content creation, Tatenda combines creativity and strategy to deliver impactful design solutions while continuously developing their skills and contributing to brand growth.
